The PLASE consortium was strategically formed to ensure the efficient and cost-effective achievement of the project’s objectives by combining experienced organizations with new partners in Erasmus+. This balance ensures smooth implementation, with several partners having previously collaborated successfully on EU projects.
The consortium reflects the diversity of the educational sectors involved, with partners bringing expertise in adult education, vocational training, youth education, higher education, capacity building, storytelling, and implementing innovative learning methods. Each partner complements the others’ strengths, contributing experience in teacher training, new learning approaches like PBE, and developing capacity-building materials. The educational institutions involved contribute valuable experience in testing and developing new teaching methods. An associated partner, the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning, will support the project by sharing best practices from Switzerland, contributing to teacher training, and assisting in dissemination activities. This diverse and complementary partnership ensures that PLASE will create a lasting impact on education and local communities.
